Shipping Policy
Sleeves ship from our workshop in a padded mailer sized to the order. We aim to keep packaging minimal — enough to protect the felt and leather edge, no more.
Processing time
Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
Delivery time (United States)
- Standard tracked: 3–7 business days after processing
- Expedited: 2–3 business days, available at checkout for an additional fee
Shipping cost
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $40. The Folio 13, Folio 15 and Sling Set all qualify.
- Smaller orders or accessories under $40 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
- Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Carrier and packaging
We ship via tracked services with USPS or UPS depending on destination. Sleeves travel in a kraft padded mailer; sets ship in a small box. Every order includes a tracking number sent to the email on the order.
International shipping
We currently ship within the United States. International orders are paused while we sort out reliable tracked routes — we will reopen them once they are something we can stand behind.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or the package shows delivered but has not arrived, write to support@almacapcraze.shop with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if it does not turn up, ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Address changes
Email us within a few hours of placing the order if you need to change the shipping address. Once a package has handed off to the carrier we cannot reroute it.
