Refund Policy
We want the sleeve to fit your device and your bag. If it does not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back for a full refund.
What's eligible
- Unused sleeves, folios and pouches in original condition, with the felt clean and the leather edge unscuffed
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery
- All original packaging and any included pouches or inserts
What's not eligible
- Sleeves that show clear use — pen marks on the felt, scuffs on the leather, stretched corners from a device that was a poor fit
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Custom or made-to-measure orders, where noted on the product page
How to start a return
Write to support@almacapcraze.shop with your order number and a one-line note on why it is going back. We will reply within one business day with a return address and, where it applies, a prepaid label.
Who pays return shipping
- Defects or wrong item: we cover the return shipping in full and send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
- Change of mind or size swap: you cover the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service so the sleeve does not get lost on the way back.
Refund timeline
Once the return reaches us and passes a quick condition check, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a further day or two to show it on your statement.
Damaged in transit
If the package arrives damaged, take a photo before opening fully if you can, and email us the same day. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
